Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within the United States on all products.

Processing Time

  • Orders are accepted 24/7 and processed as quickly as possible
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed after 12:00 AM EST will be processed on the next business day
  • Processing time excludes weekends and holidays

Shipping Time

  • In-stock items: delivery within 3–5 business days after shipment
  • Pre-order items: shipped separately once available at local warehouse
  • Accessories: may take 2–3 weeks depending on product page details
  • Delivery time = processing time + shipping time
  • Expedited shipping is available at checkout (“Express Shipping”)

Shipping Regions

  • We currently do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska
  • West US orders ship from California warehouse
  • East US orders ship from NJ, PA, or NC warehouses

Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • PayPal shipping addresses cannot be changed after order placement
  • Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout

Orders within the 48 states will be shipped :

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Order Tracking

Option 1:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Click it to view carrier updates.

Option 2:
Log in to your RainPoint account → “Order Tracking” under Support → enter order number or tracking number.

After Delivery

Products arrive mostly pre-assembled with installation instructions included.
