I had an issue with my first unit, but RainPoint��s customer support team responded quickly and sent me a replacement completely free of charge. The new device has been working great ever since! I really appreciate how they stand behind their product and take care of their customers. The sprinkler timer is easy to use, reliable, and makes managing my watering schedule much more convenient. Excellent customer service and a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction.

I needed a temporary solution with my main sprinkler system not working before going on a 2 week vacation. To get the equipment configured it took me about 45 minutes. Everything was pretty straight forward. Refer to the instructions if you have questions. I saw one reviewer that commented on not being able to remotely connect/control the unit using the app when she left her house. To do this you have to make sure that you configured the WiFi bridge unit with the antenna. The timer itself is Bluetooth only so if you go beyond the distance Bluetooth can do which beyond your house is to long for Bluetooth to connect. The bridge unit takes the Bluetooth communication from the timer and translates it into WiFi for the app to then connect to it remotely. I live in Montana and am on vacation in Idaho and I can connect via the IOS application without any issues. This unit has given me some peace of mind as we are having record heat and I didn't want my grass to die. So far it's done a great job. One thing to watch out for don't put to much tape on the facet as it can make it hard to screw in the timer unit all the way if you use to much. I would honestly test it with no tape initially and see if it works and if there is minor leaking just add a little then rinse repeat until the leaking stops between the facet and the timer unit. I did notice a little bit of pressure loss when using this but since they tell you to turn on the facet all the way in conjunction with the timer unit it wasn't anything I am worried about. Though if you already have bad water pressure from your facet it can definitely make it a little worse once you add in the timer. Hooking up the timer unit took me about 20 minutes to get everything situated. So between config and install it took me roughly a little over an hour. I would definitely buy this again.

After a quick WiFi setup adjustment, the system has been working perfectly. Once connected, it runs smoothly and makes managing my watering schedule incredibly convenient. I appreciate being able to control my watering remotely and automate the process without having to manually adjust everything. The system has been reliable, easy to use, and has made keeping my garden properly watered much easier. Very happy with the performance and overall experience.

This unit is brilliant! We use it in Phoenix during the summer to water a large patio planter and some potted plants when we're away. It's so much better than old school timers. We water multiple times a day to keep it more efficient and prevent flooding. My only complaint is that it will consume batteries watering the way we do but an inexpensive AC battery replacement adapter and an extension cord resolved that issue. I hope it lasts a long time. Clearly well made!

Setup was EASY and it's working flawlessly for my needs! Connected to the Internet and each device quickly. Scheduled times are maintained with accuracy.
